If you believe they are unfairly paid - seek ways to help fix that. Bonuses or advocating for a raise. You can tell them you are exploring options, but you sadly can't make promises.
Someone *trying* is better than no hope. And you may be successful.
For those unhappy with their compensation, that you disagree with, I suggest having as honest of a conversation as you can with them, explaining why you think they are fairly compensated.
